A Legacy of Flavor

Founded in 1988 by Master Chef Liang Wei, Jade Pavilion began as a humble dumpling house. Driven by a passion for authentic Cantonese cuisine and a vision to elevate Chinese dining in the West, Chef Wei combined traditional recipes passed down through generations with modern culinary techniques.

Today, Jade Pavilion stands as a beacon of fine dining, celebrated for its meticulous attention to detail, commitment to sourcing the finest ingredients, and an atmosphere that transports guests to an era of imperial elegance.
