When you purchase a product from Xtreme Creative, you are acquiring a license to use the digital product, not the product itself.

• Personal License: Allows you to use the product for one personal project or one non-commercial client project.
• Commercial License: Allows usage in commercial projects as specified on the product page.
• Prohibitions: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license, or offer the product as-is to any third party. This includes bundling our products with other items for resale.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and code provided by Xtreme Creative remain the intellectual property of Xtreme Creative. Purchase of a product does not transfer copyright. You may not claim our designs or code as your own original work.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded.

However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances can take place. We will honor refund requests if:

• The product is technically defective and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
• The product description was materially misleading.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

4. Support Services

Support is provided for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Support includes:

• Assistance with reported bugs and issues.
• Guidance on how to use the product features.

Support does not include:

• Customization or modification of the codebase to fit specific requirements.
• Installation services.
• Third-party plugin integration support.

5. Product Updates

Products are updated periodically to ensure compatibility with the latest technologies (e.g., Next.js versions, React updates) and to fix bugs. All customers are entitled to free lifetime updates for the products they have purchased.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Xtreme Creative be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, arising out of the use or the inability to use the materials on this site, even if Xtreme Creative or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the website and products after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
