Refund Policy

At Xtreme Creative, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.

If you're not completely satisfied with your digital product (HTML templates, WordPress plugins, themes, React components, etc.), you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

To request a refund:

• Email us at support@xtremecreative.org
• Include your Order ID (from receipt or dashboard) and email used for purchase
• Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund (optional)

We will review and process your refund within 24-48 hours if eligible. Refunds go to your original payment method (may take 5-10 business days to appear).

Refunds are not available after 30 days or for abuse of the policy (e.g., repeated refund requests after downloading multiple products).
